Very friendly, service oriented staff. Nice clean hotel, in a good location. Perfect for families with small children.
The room showed a little wear and tear.
Stayed 2 nights with a couple of small children for family trip to Story Land. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early when we got to the hotel early on a rainy afternoon with little else to do with the kids, but go to the pool. The selection of food for breakfast was good and replenished in a timely manner. Rooms were very clean and free internet was a nice bonus.

The location was first rate. Right in the middle of the North Conway strip.
The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests.
